Why choose AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING
SYSTEM FOR OVENS ?
1. The system will automatically pick up the pieces of dough from the wooden boards of the trolleys. Three complete trolleys will be needed for each operation. Two loading operations (six trolleys) are needed to load one oven.
2. The system will automatically move in front of the oven for the loading operation
3. When the baking is finished, the system will automatically pick up the loaves from the oven and deposit them in the unloading area. Unloading will be carried out on trolleys

• Double loading station
• Multiple loading/unloading structure for 4, 5 or 6 levels,
• Stainless steel rail, 10 m long, for moving the loading/unloading system (for an oven)
• Rack for running the loading system
• Control panel with PLC with touch screen with memory of 50 programs
• Operator safety fence equipped with access door with safety switch
• The height of the loading/unloading belts is approx. 5 cm
